As the Developer and General Partner of El Camino del Sol, I have used Will Pattison for General Contracting since the inception of his business in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. We started our professional relationship in 2006 when he built a house that I had designed for a client of ours. One house turned into two, and then to six. I have watched his business grow into the well oiled machine that Grupo Max is today. Construction in Nicaragua is a business which comes with many challenges. While our clients only see the quality finished product and appreciate the professionalism and excellent communication which enables them to enjoy the process of building their dream homes, I know and appreciate how much effort Will, Maria and their team are constantly putting into their products (our homes).
