This is the NSR house and office on the estuary in San Juan Del Sur. Behind the Texaco, this house is approximately 4000 square feet with four bedrooms, a bonus room/private office, and main office, four bathrooms, and a large basement. Bryan is the founder of nicaragusurfreport.com (NSR), a leading web page, rental agency, and surf tour company.

In order to build this house which sits only slightly above the water level of the estuary, significant drainage, retention, and other engineering was required.
